When Should I place my Order ?

If you're thinking of having a celebration or placing an order with us, due to limited availability it is best to place your order few months in advance to avoid dissapoiments. You can place your order up to 2-6 months in advance, Minimum 3 weeks in advance.

How does payment work ?

A 50% percent deposit (NON-REFUNDABLE) is required to confirm your order 3-4 weeks in advance. We will not begin your order until your payment has been received.

If your order is under $150, Payment must be made in full.

Can I pick Up my cake ?

An appointment time is required for all cake order being picked up.  The time is usually confirmed one week prior to the collection day and is subject to availability.

A charge will be made if order was not picked up at confirmed time. Due to limited space,  we're unable to store cakes after confirmed time.

Delivery is always suggested to costumer for the safety of the cake. (Pilar Cake Studio does not accept responsibility for any cakes/orders damaged in transit collected by customer.) 

I need my design to look exacly as the picture, Is that possible ?

It is helpful to send images as inspiration for your event including pictures, colors, etc. You may know exactly what  you like and we can work with your vision to create a beautiful and unique design.If you don’t have a design in mind we can come up with awesome ideas together.

Please note every design is different and personalized.  We do NOT copy designs from pictures sent by the customer, We love adding our personal touch to all designs based on the inspiration. 

Do you deliver ?

Delivery location are based in NJ, NY & CT area.

Delivery is upon request at an extra cost, Delivery quote is based on your location.  All cakes three tiers and larger, might require  on-site construction and are unable to be collected.
